The loans we provide include short-term bridge financing for the comprehensive renovation, repositioning and lease-up of existing properties or new construction, as well as more traditional permanent loans. Secondary financing behind an Aapex first mortgage is also offered on qualified projects. The expertise of our originators and a thorough due diligence process allows us to underwrite even the most complex and difficult to finance properties. Our customers are typically mid-size developers and owners, seeking financing for projects with a total capitalization of $10 million and up. We are a collateral focused lender, and recourse is typically limited to standard carve-out, or completion and debt service guarantees on speculative development projects.
